-Senior Pastor, Dr. Lindell Ballenger
Pastor Ballenger and his wife Darlene have been in full time ministry more than 40 years.
In addition to the many years of practical experience, he holds a Bachelors degree in Biblical
studies, a Masters degree in Theology and a Doctors degree in Ministry.
He has been fulfilling his Apostolic call by giving oversight to the identity, training and releasing
of men and women to their calling in the Body of Christ. He puts great emphasis on building
strong leaders to touch every facet of our society with the positive, life changing message of
New Testament Christianity. He believes the church exists to birth, train, nurture and release
sons and daughters into their divine destiny.

Pastor Len Ballenger serves as
pastor at Jubilee International Ministries. He oversees
many of the ministries of Jubilee Pensacola including LIFE
cell ministry, youth and young adults, international outreach,
Bible education, and leadership development. He is active
in discipling and mentoring numerous young leaders, many of
which now serve along side him in building the church locally
and in the nations. Len's three children, Julia Adam and Oliviah, are the delight of his heart.
Len has served in full-time ministry for
more than fifteen years. His unique ministry style is both
approachable and cutting edge. He maintains a rigorous schedule
at home and travels extensively across the United States and
abroad. He seeks to see covenant relationships restored in
the church and is seeking God to design a new wineskin for
this generation. His greatest desire is to see God's kingdom
come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Prophet David Wagner
David Wagner has a passion for reaching the lost, restoring the broken, and healing the hurting through the powerful Word of God and the demonstration of the Holy Spirit. David believes the church is a prophetic voice in the earth today. He has heard the cry of the Father’s heart to raise up spiritual sons and daughters in the church. He established Father’s Heart Ministries in 2001 to help believers discover their identity in Christ and the destiny and purpose of God for their lives. David has ministered throughout the United States and around the world equipping believers by speaking at prophetic conferences, youth and children's crusades, and leadership training meetings. He has ministered in a variety of denomonational settings, and has personally been a part of planting churches in the nations. Throughout his ministry, he has seen thousands experience true freedom from bondage and disease, and come to know the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit.
